&lt;p&gt;Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd., one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta and Fenech &amp;amp; Fenech Advocates, a leading multi-disciplinary law firm are looking to recruit an &lt;strong&gt;Executive, within the Marketing Department&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;General Responsibilities include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting in the coordination and implementation of the organisation’s marketing, communications and public relations initiatives.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting in the implementation of annual marketing plans, campaigns and business development initiatives.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Creating and managing content across various communication channels, including social media, websites, email marketing and advertising campaigns.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Recording and editing video content for use across social media and digital marketing channels.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting in the management and optimisation of the organisation’s website, including SEO and user experience improvements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing and communication activities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Conducting market research and competitor analysis across relevant industry sectors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supporting the management and consistent application of the company’s brand identity and corporate image.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supporting internal communication initiatives and employer branding activities where required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting with the planning and coordination of corporate events, sponsorships and networking activities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Coordinating relationships with external suppliers, agencies and business partners.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintaining the organisation’s marketing databases, content libraries and digital assets.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements of the ideal candidate:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have a minimum of three years&#039; experience in a similar role.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Hold a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Possess a good understanding of digital marketing, website management and SEO principles.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have experience with WordPress, social media management tools and Microsoft Office applications.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools, such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Possess strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be fluent in English, with strong writing and editing abilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be proactive, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
