&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will form part of a dynamic team servicing a predominantly international clientele operating across a wide range of industries, as well as the firm&#039;s private clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking to take on greater responsibility, lead a team, and further develop their technical and client management skills.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;General responsibilities will include:&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supervising and reviewing accounting assignments to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Managing a diversified portfolio of local and international clients&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Overseeing VAT compliance requirements, including the preparation and review of VAT returns&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Preparing and reviewing corporate income tax computations and returns&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Coaching, mentoring and supporting junior team members whilst contributing to their professional development&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact for client queries&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Monitoring budgets, billing and job progress, whilst reporting regularly to management&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Identifying process improvements and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Requirements of the ideal candidate:&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Fully qualified Accountant&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a professional services environment&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience managing a client portfolio within a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) environment will be considered an asset&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and deliver a high standard of client service&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
